Join our team, we’re currently hiring for:
STAGE, this position works directly with the Sous Chef and Chef and is responsible for maintaining prep levels necessary for service during the day. This position is 4 days a week; Wednesdays from 11:00-3:00 and Thursday-Saturday from 3:00-close and is responsible for our snack courses, first savory course, and our final courses and all prep work associated with those dishes. Other tasks include maintaining the dishwashing station, and projects such as general prep work, curing, fermentation, canning, pickling and organization projects.
FOH LEAD, this position is 3 days a week plus research time and is responsible for creating unique and specialized drinks, curating a small and diverse wine list, all aspects of a fine dining service including managing our reservation phone line, seating and serving our lounge and kitchen tasting counter, issuing and completing guest checks, constant communication with the chefs.
